 This machine consists of: oil tank, water tank, emulsifying system, heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, lifting system, operation control cabinet. It is the most suitable equipment to produce high-grade skin care creams or other creams products.
    Oil tank capacity 5L; water tank capacity 7L; primary pot capacity 13L, working volume 10L; limiting vacuum -0.09MPa. 
Size: 1100mm × 600mm × 1500mm
Material: mainly 316 stainless steel. The main mixing pot has three layers. Jacket, outer layer all made by 304 stainless steel, inner wall thickness 3mm, jacket thickness 3mm, outer layer thickness 2mm. Inner and outer are polished. Oil tank and water tank are both double deck, inner wall thickness 3mm, middle and outer thickness 2mm.
Mixing system: The main mixing pot provide one low speed motor 60W, 0-140 r/min, adjust by transducer, Scraping the interlayer when mixing. And a high speed motor 0.75KW, 2800r/min. Both oil tank and water tank has one stirring motor, 60W, mixing speed 200r/min, to make the water and oil heat and mix more quickly and evenly.
 Vacuum system: Vacuum pump power 0.55KW, vacuum environment can remove the air bubble to improve the homogenizing effect.
Heating system: the main mixing pot 2KW electric heating at the bottom. the outer layer covers by asbestos to insulate heat, reducing heat lost and avoiding scalding employees. Heating with temperature controller, easy to control. Oil and water tank heat with 1KW electric heating.
    Manual lifting system (or electric lifting): Lifting is easy to operate, material can be effectively emulsified in a closed condition.
Control System: The control system is equipped with digital time relay device, so it can adjust time and speed of homogenizer based on different material. All control s are concentrated together, clear at a glance.
