Working Process:

Sandwich glass is a compound glass, made by placing a tough PVB film between two pieces of glass and firmly jointed at high temperature and pressure. With good toughness, PVB film can rapidly reduce most of the impact when the sandwich glass is crashed. So the sandwich glass is hardly broken through, and even if it is broken, the glass fragments will be adhered to the PVB film. That makes it a real safety glass. Sandwich glass consisting of transparent PVB film has almost the same appearance and installation method as ordinary glass, but it is durable in use.

Features:
1. Safety:Once crashed, the glass fragments is still remained in the original glass frame, which ensures the safety of people near.
2. Hurricaneand earthquake protection: Even if broken, the whole glass will not drop down but remain in place.
3. Resistance to bullet and explosion:The sandwich glass can be used to make different levels of bulletproof glass and explosion-proof glass.
4. UV protection:Can obstruct most of solar ultraviolet and protect people from the ultraviolet radiation.
5. Sound insulation:PVB film can block some sound wave and reduce noises.
