We can make natural straight/straight into any curl/wave that you want curling/waving need one day.
We offer repair services for any wigs that we sold. We don't repair other vendor's wigs.
If the wig less than one month from you bought, we can repair it for free, but you need pay back and go shipping cost
For more than one month repair wigs, the cost of the repair varies depending on type of repair that is required. Starting cost is $*5.*0. Plus the customer is responsible for back and go shipping cost.
Most problems are
able to be repaired on the unit. Including rips, tears, shedding,
tangled etc.
Repair Services

1.Mending Rips and Tears (Extensive rips or tears may not be
able to be fixed)
2.Replacing Hair Loss

Requesting Wig Repair Services:
1.Please put detailed information as to what type of repair is
needed
2.We will respond to your advise if the problem is
repairable
Sending Your Unit in
For Repair:
1.For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to
sending it in to us for repair(un-cleaned wigs will not be
accepted for repair)
2.Print out the Order Form Receipt which includes your name,
address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a Typed Note with the repair areas listed.
3.Repairs will take approximately *5 days.
By the way, we only offer repair services for wigs, we don't offer repair services for frontals, closures, wefts, they are all one time sales.
If after receiving our human hair wigs, you have a problem or you do not like the hair color or textu re, You can exchange them, but you need pay back and go shipping fee.
Before you return back, must be ensure the wigs in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wigs has been altered in any way, then we can not do an exchange! This includes but is not limited to any of the following:

DO NOT Rip or Tear the Lace
DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Wear the Wig Unit
DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Put Products on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig Unit
DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit
DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit
DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit
DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original
