Procedures( non negotiable)
1. Accepted manifests to be signed by buyer and returned along with
LOI and banking details
2.Seller issues SPA, Buyer signs and seals it and returns to
seller.
3. Seller signs and seals SPA and sends a copy back to buyer
4. Buyers issues via swift message to seller bank, an operative
unconditional MT**0 SLBC. Copy of swift to be sent to seller for
verification
5. Upon confirmation of banking instrument, Seller will provide SKR
as POP within *4 hours
6. TTM is arranged and delivery made as agreed and stated in
contract
