The evacuated tube is made up of 2 layers of glass. The solar energy passes though the outer glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the inner glass, thus the inner tube becomes hot.The heat is transferred to the heat pipe by the aluminum fins, making the heat-transport liquid inside evaporated very fast. The evaporation steam goes up to the condenser on the top and the heat is transferred to the heat transfer fluid inside the pipe, and therefore the heat is kept inside the water tank.

All-Glass Heat Pipe Tube, with vacuum between two glass walls, can output heat in 2 minutes, and make the condenser temperature high as to **0℃. “Dry” connection design makes the system workable even though one tube breaks.
