Current status and clinical application prospect of Thermosensitivity Determination. Abstract the Thermosensitivity Determination is one of the meridian diagnostic methods. Compared with the current meridian diagnostic methods, it has the advantages of convenience and efficiency, but it also has several disadvantages such as the accuracy is difficult to control, the outcome interpretation is limited, etc. In this paper, the influence factors of Thermosensitivity Determination were analyzed one by one, especially proposed personal opinion on outcome interpretation, which could ascertain the location and nature of disease, Leading to disease syndrome. With accurate syndrome, the treatment plan could be established. The application prospect of Thermosensitivity Determination was initially explored, and it was proposed that wearable automation equipment could be one of the development directions. Under Certain temperature and humidity, the thermosensitivity values of the twelve Well-point, on **9 healthy young people, selected at random and aged from *0 to *4, were measured in the morning and in the afternoon respectively. The statistical results show that there is no significance(P＞0.*5). when the value of one Well-point on upper limbs of the male is compared with that of the female, except very few well-point. The value of one Well-point on both the left side and the right side measured at the time are almost the same, The value of one Well-point on the lower limbs of the male is higher than that of the female, and the difference is significant(P<0.*5). This study indicates that the normal values of every Well-point exist in human beings, which will assist clinical diagnosis.
