Operating procedure:

- Your customer places his order on your website

- You redirect this order to us

- We print the order and look for the ordered item(s) in your stock in our warehouse

- We carefully and durably pack up the parcel

- We ship the parcel at the best price

- We also process returns

- we keep you informed about the current status of the order



The only thing you need to do is to forward the order to us and we take care of all the rest.
