procedure: Buyer signs contract,opens non-operational LC,inspects
factory,issue operational LC .
From Jan ***3 before the chinese Lunar year payment shall be
*0% TT AFTER loading the goods and sealing the container at the
loading port,payment shall be after *4 hours of the initial *0%
TT.After the vessel sails,seller gets the original BL within **4
days,then there is a face-to-face check with the original BL with
the buyer,if all is okay,buyer transfers balance *0% to the seller
within *8 hours.Seller gets bank slip and buyer takes the original
document from Jan ***3.
FULL LC commences after Chinese Lunar Year Feb *2.
