Riser tube is a critical part of low pressure die casting
machine.Molten aluminium is transported by pressure from holding
furnace via riser tube into a mould every ***5 minutes.Iron riser
tube in traditional production could not guarantee continuous
casting and high quality,so aluminium titanate becomes ideal
material of riser tube due to its low thermal expansion
coefficient,good thermal shock resistant and no wetting by molten
metal.
Our aluminium titanate riser tube produced by german patent get
long service life and its combination property can reach the
international advanced level.
