1) All extruders(Total twenty-two, including **0UST(two), **0UST, ***0UST, ***0UST, ***0UST, ***0UST AND ***0UST are imported from Taiwan, the biggest is ***0UST(two); 2) Three coating lines are imported from Switzerland and Germany, One PVDF coating line is from France; 3) Every five lines for anodizing & electrophoretic process; 4) Two kinds of mould process(manual machine & automatic process controlled by computer); 5) Six melting furnace for different Alloy, and it is able to melt *3TONS once& finish four times per day.
