Aluminum Ingot Melting Furnace

Aluminum clips and scraps melting and recovery process adopts double-chambers structure, An aluminum melt pump is installed on the outside of the reflective furnace to extract the molten aluminum from the reflective furnace and transfer it to the melting chamber. The melted aluminum then flows back into the reflective furnace for reheating. This design helps overcome the challenges of easy oxidation and the difficulty of aluminum chips sinking to the bottom of the molten metal pool. As a result, this process achieves:high recovery rate,low cost,low oxidation loss.
