结渣是火电厂锅炉运行中的常见问题。结渣的形成严重威胁锅炉的安全运行，缩短锅炉设备的使用寿命，引起过热蒸汽温度升高，导致过热蒸汽温度，甚至导致汽水管爆炸，降低锅炉效率，具有潜力安全隐患。为解决上述问题，有效观察锅炉结渣情况，开发了一种火电锅炉结渣智能识别系统。
 
The system is developed based on spectral special penetrable optical imaging technology and pattern recognition technology. It is applied to the real-time monitoring of boiler slagging state. It can view the slagging, contamination and ash deposition of each heating surface in the furnace, continuously monitor and image analyze it, determine the wear position of boiler pipeline and the slagging, contamination and ash deposition position, and conduct quantitative measurement. In order to timely take effective measures to control the degree of slagging, contamination and ash accumulation, prevent passive shutdown, and ensure the safety of observers to a great extent.

With both axial and radial viewing angles, the fine branch detector with fine design can observe the heating surface within ***0m near the fire hole;
 
Observe the imaging temperature range of ***0 ~ **0 ℃, covering the boiler furnace to the hot end of the air preheater.

Benefits of slagging intelligent identification system:
 
1. Optimize soot blowing efficiency and reduce non-stop. Slagging is the main problem affecting boiler efficiency and safety. Slagging will be irreversible, non-stop and even accidents in serious cases. In order to prevent slagging, the way of strengthening soot blowing frequency and pressure is often adopted. Excessive cleaning will lead to damage of heating surface pipeline and non-stop operation. Through the use of this equipment, we can find a reasonable mode of soot blowing and reduce the number of soot blowing.
 
2、提高劣质煤的配比。由于结渣情况不明，我们不敢贸然继续提高劣质煤的配比。采用炉内焦化可视化技术后，可提高混合比例。按掺混比例提高5%计算，每吨煤差价**0元，一台**0MW火电机组年耗煤量（按***0小时计算）约**5万吨，节电***0万元。
 
3、体现以人为本，减少因人员观察结渣结垢而造成的安全事故。
