Anti-block masterbatch (FB**2) containing 2.8~3.8micronsilica synthesis. By adding an appropriate of anti-block (anti-adhesive) masterbatch (FB**2), the production of BOPP or CPP film, can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of bonging between the films and make slip agents and antistatic agents play better if they're also added into the product.

6. Features:When Anti-block masterbatch is used, one layer of lubricant film will occur and cover the plastic products surface. Meanwhile one microcosmic concavo-convex frame will be formed on the plastic product surface. By this way, it is distinctly to reduce the adhesion effect of plastic products.it can effectively reduce the film adhesion and ensure good smooth opening performance. Besides, it won’t affect the transparency and printability.

 Monolayer: 0.3~0.6%

 Three-tier co-extruded film in the surface layer by adding 1.0~1.8%

8. Storage: the product should be stored incool dry place and prevent from the sun and rain.
