In accordance with No.**9 Decree and No.*8 Announcement of China AQSIQ in ***9, as long as you export waste paper, waste plastic, waste metal, waste hardware, waste textile raw materials and smelting slag, etc. to China, as the seller of trade contract, you must obtain AQSIQ registration certificate.
The materials needed for the registration in AQSIQ are as follows:
 

• Application Form for registration of foreign suppliers of solid wastes imported to be used as raw materials
• The notarial tax registration documents and available business registration documents
• Descriptions of organization, departments and post duties
• The plan of fixed office place and video files or pictures which can comprehensively show the actual view of above place
• Relevant supporting data for radiation detector
• Color photocopies of such authentication certificates as ISO***1 quality management system or RIOS system and relevant work instruction documents
