机 器 性 能 Introduction


    LED灯驱动板测试机用于驱动拼板在波峰焊机输出后使用探针对每片驱动板的输入电压、电流、功率因数进行检测，另一路对输出直流电压、电流、纹波进行检测，配上计算机系统实现对驱动板电参数的读取、分析、运算和判定。
    The testing machine is used for testing the electrical parameter of each driver board after soldering. The parameters are tested by electrical parameter tester, and realizing the functions of reading, analysis, calculating and determining of the test results with the computer system.


1、计算机系统根据不同规格的灯板，自动选择相应的负荷（模拟负载或灯板）接入LED驱动板，由测试仪检测各种参数，计算机通过通讯口（或以太网）与仪器相连，从测试仪中读取测试数据并存入数据库中。
Automatic selecting the relative load of driver board, and connecting with LED driver board. Read the test results from electrical parameter tester via the COM port or Ethernet network,and save them into the database.

2、系统具有短路测试，开路测试和正常光电参数测试三种方式。
Three test types: short-circuit test, open-circuit test and electrical parameter test.

3、测试的数据有：The parameters include:


       输入电参数：电流、电压、功率因数、功率；
       Input test: current, voltage, power factor and power ;

       输出电参数：直流电流、电压、功率、纹波系数；
      Output test: direct current, voltage, power and ripple coefficient ;
      电源板转换效率。
      Transfer efficiency of power panel.

4、测试完成后利用负载实现对线路板自动放电功能。
After finishing test, via electrical load carries out the function of automatic discharge to the driver board.


5、系统在计算机程序中预先将不同的驱动板规格进行定义，自动调整变频电源、自动对继电器进行切换，选择相应的灯板负载或电子负载。
The processes of different driver boards can be pre-set into the computer. Automatic adjusting the variable-frequency power source and changing-over the electric relay, the control system will select the relative electronic load


6、系统组成：The system is consisted of below:

1). 工业计算机和I/O控制板卡；Industry Computer and I/O Controller ;

2). 电参数测试仪、变频电源、电子模拟负载或灯板；
Electrical Parameter Tester, Variable-frequency Power Source, Electronic analog Load ;

3). 测试针床；Probe Box ;

4). 电气控制柜。Electrical Control Cabinet.
