1.Application
JD****-B Automatic core shooting machine is a kind of heat core box core shooting machine.It is a semi-automatic,vertical parting machine. One needs to put the molds and take out sand cores by hand.Both coated resin sand (dry) and furan resin-sand (wet) can be used.This machine is commonly used in valve,faucet,hardware,hydraulic and pneumatic field for producing carious sand cores required by small and medium-sized workpieces.It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength

4.Production flow (without conveyor belt)
Mould combined - shooting arm antedisplacement - sand shooting head falls / core loose cylinder eject - shooting sand - sand shooting head goes up - shooting arm reset - heating time - timing to core loose cylinder sand - moving mould and against core - mould open - turn up mould - static mould against core - take out the core manually
