The machine is mainly used for die-cutting, creasing and cold
pressing cartons, cardboard boxes and labels in packaging and
decoration industry, especially for various exquisite
printing, such as cigarette packs, wine boxes, gift boxes,
home appliance boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc. The machine can
mark convex-concave impression, providing stereoscopic
printing. Machine automatically run from feeding section, and
die-cutting section and delivery section, has many functions
and advantages such as automatic checkout function, failure
indication fuction, non-stop exampling function, heavy
die-cutting pressure, high registration precision, etc.
The main driven system of this machine equips magnetic clutch
and brake. The main sprocket shaft equips torsion
limiter(safety clutch). There are many safety detective
cameras and safety devices, utmost avoid the damages of
operator due to emergency, providing safety for person and
equipment.

Feeding transfer system
- High-speed paper pressing and transferring device can
effectively feed all sorts of paper in different sizes to
die-cutting section.
- The position of rubber conveyer belt; pressure roller and
brush roller can be easily adjusted according to the size of
sheets.
- The height of press wheel and belt can be easily adjusted
according to the thickness of sheets, and this can guarantee
transfer speed and precision.

Feeder
- High-speed feeder feeding system from Japan is adopted,
with vac-sorb can send the board one by one to die-cutting
section.
- Pressure and inspiratory capacity of vac-sorb can be
adjusted according to thickness; status and shape of the
board.
- The front part of feeder has micromatic setting, can move
all around, and make sure the precision of feeding.
- Treble safety protection device prevents feeder head from
bumping.
Cam box from Sankyo
- Motive force transmission device adops Sankyo cam
box(graduator) from Japan, and safety cluth.
- The safelty feature for overload protection can protect
gripper pin from striking, make paper transfer more stabely
with higher precision.
Delivery section
- The independent cam link mechanism moves with graduator,
making receiving more tidy.
- Delivery section is used for stacking finished paper.
When gripping bar catches paper and stop at delivery section,
discharged ram pushes the paper down.
- A long brush makes finished paper fall smoothly, and
eliminates static electricity.
- After straightening, paper stacks tidily on the bracket.
- The partial inserting and labeling counter and auxiliary
receiving paper platform are fitted to realize non-stop
receiving.
Cross adjustment device
- Side limiting stopper integrates paper pushing and
pulling. It's easy to switch pushing and pulling style by
pressing the according to the thickness of paper.
- Photo detector can be accurate to less than 0.1mm.
Machine will automatically stop and wait for detection for
unacceptable tolerance.
- The safety feature of defence overloading impact can
protect rake teeth for gripping paper avoid striking, making
paper transfer more stable, and higher precision.
Die-cutting section
- Die-cutting section with worm gear and crankshaft driving
system, make main platform and die-cutting plate obtain
double lifting force, and guarantee precision of die-ctting.
The pression of dit-cutting is shown by pressure meter, easy
to read.
- Equipped with positioning test system for die-cutting
steel plate and frame Frame adopts pneumatic-lock device. At
the side edge of cutting steel plate and the lower parts, fit
with bearing ,bringing smooth movement of the plate.
- Quick-chaninging plate and self-locking system can
shorten setup time and control the precision to be with
0.1mm.The separate pressure regulating device at four comers
makes more balance of pression, and increases *0% of tool
useful life.
- At the side of die-cutting steel plate, equips transducer
to prevent the plate in wrong position which resulting
defects brought by deflected creasing line.
- Flexible and reliable tuming - plate device can rotate
**0 degree freely. Middle positioning system on the frame
equips micromatic setting, providing quick chang.
- Rake teeth made from earometal and positioning struture.
Tooth pin adopts double-chip struture, made by silicon
manganese, and provides twice durability compared with
competitor.
- The chain from DID Japan is special processed, each of
them is stretch proccessed in the factory and supplied in
pair, making the service life longer.
- Magnetic clutch from Japan is adopted, can quickly divide
and shut. Machine can operate well without extra air supply.
Stripping
- The structure of stripping frame adopts three frames
structure, upper, middle and down frame.
- Stripping pins or male and female dies are optional for
stripping.
- For supporting middle positioning structrue of
die-cutting section, stripping section also adopts the same
structure to simplify swiching plate procedure, guarantee the
position of plate, and improve production.
