Whole machine consists of upper and bottom automatic feeders,
gluing/laminating section and impression section, suitable for
lamination of E-, B-, A-flute board with printed card
board.
Upper feeder: Stream feeding suction head, 4*2 suckers, double
sheet detection, missed sheet alarm;
Bottom Feeder: Powerful sucktion motor, six suction belts
assembly for accuracy;
Delivery table: Employ a spring type side guide system to
control and transfer the substrate. Push type front guide for
efficient feeding. Phase-adjustment for tolerance +/*1.5mm.
Lamination section: 2 sets of lamination rollers for overall
eveness pressure, fits to laminate the E-, B-, A-flute board
with card board, effective for Varnished/film-laminated sheet,
precesely constructed adhesive and meteringroller for accurate
level and consistent application.
