The coil hanger provided by our company is for helping the spring machinery controller to produce spring, the controling method is combining the frequency changer technology with our company's CNC control system.Using this equipment with our company's spring machinery can achieve two kind of speed control: touch to move or automatic, as shown in the picture below; the two connector WIRE P and WIRE N both send singal to the CNC controller to control the speed;the two connector ALARM P and ALARM N both send singal to the CNC controller to control the coil hangeralarm, when the automatic coil hanger has coil disconnection� coil stuck , the whole coil system will automatically stop in order to stop the spring machinery and sounds the alarm, using our company's spring machinery can change the automatic meterial supply speed depends on the speed of the spring production.
