Aviation Kerosene standards are published as GOST******6. The standard consists of different properties. JP*4 is not a distillate like Gas oil or diesel, its a kerosene. It separates paraffin and gasolines in the refinery. It is not used by commercial jet lines and is not used by Military aircraft. Military grade jet fuel is delivered directly by the refineries since they require special additives.
