CH8009TR is a highly concentrated, and economic filler master batch to reduce production cost improving the optical and mechanic properties of final product.

CH8009TR shows very good dispersion and anti-blocking performance.

Barium Sulfate(8000meshes)       80%,

Carrier PE                                     17%

Additive                                          3%

All virgin material

Specific gravity (23°C):             1250kg/m³

Melting point                               110°C

MFI [ 21.6kg/190°C ]:                 8g/10 min

Moisture                                      < 0.2%

Recommended Dosage:            5-10% for LDPE blowing,

                                                  10-30% for DHPE blowing,

                                                  50% for PP injection,

subjected to the final products requirements.



 

Compatibility:

CH8009TR is compatible with HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP, PO.

Application:

The transparent filler Masterbatch CH8009TR is designed for high requirement of blown-film(LDPE, HDPE, PE and PO material), injection, extrusion(PP material), fiber-drawing, granulation.

Storage:

CH8009TR should be stored at dry, cool and sheltered place.
