LTD horizontal sand mills are the main equipments for producing suspension slurry of super fine particles through wet grinding and dispersion. It is widely applied to industries which require continuous grinding and dispersion of mixed suspension slurry of solid phase and liquid phase such as painting, ink, dyes, electronics, agriculture, correction fluid and cosmetics.

Dispersion principle: transmit materials after pre-dispersion to mill cylinder through transmission pump; mill motor drives dispersion shaft and dispersion plates at the shaft through triangle belt to make them rotate in high speed, dispersion plate transmits high speed rotation drive to pumped material and grinding medium pre-filled in the cylinder, make them conflict, crash, grind and split to do grinding and dispersion.

LTD horizontal sand mills adopt dual-end sealing mechanism, and introduce pressure and cooling specific devices as well to achieve high sealing performance. Mechanically sealed cooling lubrication fluid adopts chemical fluid dissolved with material to assure the security for long time usage. Grinding and dispersion manufacturing is carried out in airtight mill cylinder, clear away solvent evaporation of material during dispersion, avoid dryness and any hard surfaces. With large-area discharge screen made of tungsten carbide composite material for discharging, the distribution of grinding material is even and both working pressure and temperature rising are low, and material discharge screen has long working life cycle, avoiding the overflow of medium due to screen breakdown. It is specially applied to the grinding and dispersion of thermal material. Its accommodation to high viscosity material has been enhanced and the production efficiency is improved. With convenient dismountable assembly slide rails, operation by one man can easily remove the cylinder, easy for color change, cleaning and maintenance.
