Dipped Galvanized Wire, the production process of the wire
includes a hot dip galvanization and uninterrupted monitoring of
the wire to make sure that the zinc coating is uniform and
smooth. Hebei Shineyond Metal Products Co., Ltd offers Hot
Dip Galvanized Wire in size range 0.37 mm to 5.0 mm. Zinc
coating varies from 30gms/sq.mtr to 290gms/sq.mtr as per IS: 280
-2006 As B.S. or as per buyer's requirements. Zinc coating is
done through hot dip galvanizing process.
We produce superior Hot Dip GI Wire with careful control of every processes from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing and galvanizing to wire coiling. During the production process, we use lead annealing instead of oil fired furnace. Compared with electro galvanized wire, this kind of galvanized iron wire offers better corrosion and alkali resistance.
