TERMS OF NEGOTIATION:
DELIVERY: Any safe  world port.
PAYMENT TERM: Standby letter of credit (MT****0 Or  MT***3/*3
PERFORMANCE BOND: Operative 2%PB to be issued by seller´s Bank to Buyer´s Bank upon receipt of  Buyer´s Financial Instrument in Seller´s Bank
QUALITY:Q & Q  will be conducted at the loading port by SGS  or it´s equivalent at the expenses of the seller
PRODUCTS ORIGIN: Russian Federation

Note: Our Prices are highly negotiable
Our standard commission structure is $*0 per MT and $6 per BBL Comm. struture is also negotiable between the seller and authorized buyer Mandates or Intermediaries.

APPROVED BANKING / WORKING PROCEDURES:
1.Buyer sends LOI/ ICPO
2.Seller sends FCO & Draft contract for amendment if necessary.
3.Buyer returns signed acceptance of  FCO
4.Buyer / Seller endorse the final contracts.
5.Seller registers and legalizes the contract in the various ministries
6.Buyer makes payment for the transaction passport to enable the lodging of the contract with their respective Banks.
7.Seller appoints and signs charter Party Agreement with the shipping company
8.Buyer contacts shipping company and summarizes shipping schedule.
9.Seller´s Bank provides Buyer´s Bank with POP and 2% PB
*0.Buyer´s Bank swifts Irrevocable Transferable / Non-Transferable Documentary Letter Of credit to  Seller Bank
*1.Sipment commenses as sceduled i the final contract
*2.Seller will immediately upon receipt of  Buyer´s operative Financial Instrument release payments involved intermediaries.

If the above procedures is accptable to your  company kindly issue an ICPO , addressed to the Export Dept. and insert the working procedures in the ICPO
