Introduction

These production lines could produce SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproof membranes.

Modified bitumen membranes are composite sheets consisting of bitumen, modifiers and reinforcements. The term modified bitumen encompasses a broad range of materials, with each specific material differing from the others with respect to the modifiers and reinforcements used. Modified bitumen membranes exhibit the thermoplastic quality of being softened by heat. They are typically bonded to substrates by torch application or asphalt.

They are widely used as waterproof materials in residential and commercial roofing. With the development of the economy and the higher demand of people to the living environment, they will find a large growth due to their distinct waterproof performance.

1.1   Roll unfolding device

1.2   Intermediate feed device

1.3   Reinforcement connecting device (By means of double sides pressing board ,the device press the material on one side, daubs chemical glue on the material on the other side, which makes the materials mixed together automatically and reduces the defective goods rate because of reinforcement joints to the greatest extent)

1.4   Reinforcement drying device(No need to stop the operation while reinforcement jointing it, releases and dry reinforcement automatically, reinforcement auto rectifying and intermediate feed device it adjusts the trend of reinforcement by means of photo electricity. Intermediate feed makes the equipment more humanized.)

1.5   Auto rectifying device (this device adopts the technology of photo electricity auto rectifying to ensure the trend of roll in the operation of the equipment, which makes the membrane produced winder tidy and beautiful.)

1.6   Impregnation tension control device (Extrusion by cylinder, asphalt coating roll impregnation can be adjusted up-down. It adopts unique reinforcement tension control.)

1.7   Asphalt coating device(Coating asphalt twice which can adjust the position of reinforcement in the coiled material ,meanwhile it can ensure the coiled material workability,electronic digital show the thickness ,In control of electronic instrument accurately, it can master the exact thickness of coiled material . During each class production, the rest few raw materials can be returned to the mixing system directly. The flue gas environmental protection system of preimpregnated asphalt coating adopt closed overall frame form which use the method of ejecting smoke in petticoat pipe and absorbing smoke outside.

1.8   Sand-scattering device(This set of device adopts the technology of automatic tracking and rectifying sanding , which reduces the waste of sand to the greatest extent , and control sand box and roil with power-driven device

1.*0 Filming and thickness-measuring device  (from the device of adjusting film mulching,we can regulate the positions of the coiled material and membrane which makes the membrane move in the trend of oiled material .the advantage of it is reducing the defective goods produced by filming.and the powe-driven lifting technology can saving manpower in the filming process.

1.*1 Sand-pressing with suspending device (Suspending and cooling device.entended ****5 meters which speed up the cooling effect to a certain extent.Advanced thickness measurement device detects the products quality to ensure the thickness of the stability and products high quality.)

1.*5 Auto winder device (Inverter computer programming and touch screen synchronized control it. Conveying felt, counting, cutting felt, gluing tape, propelling felt and rolling are all automatic.

1.*9 Powder-conveying system (Material delivery-metrological control system, one of human-computer interface control system, is a latest developed intelligence system by our company , it overcomes many defects in traditional powder conveyor and has the characteristics with flexible operation, lighten work intensity, simple parameter set, low failure rate, maintenance-free, visual display interface,etc. It is an upgrading product in transfer powder delivery system. The process flows are as following: First, with PLC control, storage tank delivery material to charger through pneumatic valve. Next supply the material to gauging tank from spiral conveyer. Third, it shows the needed material quantity by electronic balance, and carries the material to spiral conveyer pass sealed feeders. At last, feed the material to each agitator tank by PCL controlling. If you need to choose several working process, then directly select the agitator tank which you need on PCL control panel )
