This machine has good design,new structure,adopted air clip traction,with platetype mould ,positive pressure forming,feeding,heat seal,embossing batch number,perforation,punch,one-station synchronization liner working,machine-tool track type of limitless adjustable,direct-seeing procedure,convenience operating and mending,full function,and has the following characters
1. Adopted worm wheel,worm,gear,rack etc . gearing devices,turn the handle,can make different moulds moving freely on the track,also can suit different blister size packing,resolved the limitation of the stroke unadjustable.
2.Adopted the air clip traction device,can adjust the stroke between 20-160mm freely,enlarged the apply bound.
3.Adopted register blister forming heat tank,with pre-heating temperature up-heat plate about 110ºC and low-heat plate 100ºC can forming PVC plastic slice.heating evenly,blister forming completely,not only save energy.but also guarantee the forming quality.
4.Adopted multistage pressure cylinder heat seal,lengthen cam,idler wheel etc damageable components use longevity ,ensure whole machine balace operate.
5.working table board adopted adjustable orbit, can suit pack medicine in different size of blister .
6.Forming,heating seal,perforation etc mould located by male pin and press tightly by press plate ,ease and accurate changing mould.
