1、The vibration system is controlled
by transducer which make the machine more
stable. 2、The hydraulic system is controlled by double proportional vavle which coordinate according to relative flow and pressure with the final purpose to make the best products. 3、The material drawer is controlled by double cylinder which is faster than the common cylinder through reducing the time for placing material.The characteristics of the cylinder are stable ,no clash,fast and no friction.There is second scraper controlled by cylinder which can reduce the influence the leaving material makes on the bricks.The door of the material drawer is controlled by air cylinder.There is automatic centering and oriention device which can guarantee the pallet always on the right place to reduce the bad influence the pallet makes on the bricks because of the drift of the pallet. 4、There is varvel and chain on the brick conveyor to make the structure more stable.There is landing pallet device at the front of the bricks conveyor controlled by cylinder and brush at the back controlled by separated power to brush the bricks which can satisfied the requirement of bricks conveyor from customers. 5、The way of placing material is controlled by cylinder horizontally which make material more equality and products better. |
