As one of the first companies in the world we have developed a SGI system for diesel engines based on an advanced ECU and gas injectors Blue Energy Diesel. It is a dual-fuel system, using gas and diesel at the same time. Such solution improves consumption economy (total costs decreased by *0% *0%), decreases pollution, while power and torque are increased. Blue Energy Diesel dual fuel system works with every type of engine, from oldest types to modern common rail units.

This version is dedicated to modern enegines with common rail diesel feed and electronics on board. It has 2 integrated emulators to help decrease the diesel dosage.

How does it work?

Unlike petrol gas conversions (where the engine works only on gas feed), Diesel Gas systems are dual fuel devices. It means that the engine is supplied with diesel and gas at the same time.

The gas is supplied from the tank to the reducer, where its vapourised. from there it is injected into the air intake by means of 2 injectors. Gas flow is controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU), based on information obtained from many signals (e.g. load, RPM, temperature, TPS, etc). Such solution allows to achieve accurate gas dosage, which adjusts to changing driving conditions.

To protect the vehicle from the risk of knock combustion we supply our dual fuel system with an EGT sensor, which reduces gas supply in case if the exhaust temperature exceeds safe level.

Ecology

Benefits of using Blue Energy Diesel are not only financial. The system has also a positive impact on the environment. As we all know, diesel is the most dirty of fuels. By reducing the diesel consumption by up to *0% we also reduce all the pollutants caused by diesel combustion by half. Additionally, the remaining half burns better in the cylinder (thanks to the presence of gas), decreasing the emission of CO, HC and particles.

These are factors that we can measure using specialized equipment. There are also positive effects of using Blue Energy Diesel system seen with naked eye reduction of black smoke comming out from the exhaust and smoother and quieter engine sound.
