Product Description:
Our ceramic composite bulletproof plate is based on backup plate
made of multiple layers of bulletproof UHMWPE UD
sheet which is manufactured by our own factory, the backup
plate is combined with Silicon Carbide or Aluminum Ceramic by
special gel through thermal pressing molding.
Comparing with the traditional steel material plate, the PE plate
featured with better performance such as light, high-grade
protection, easy-to-process and assembly, resistance to
water, moisture, aging and collisions etc.
Its soft and long-chain structure in the UHMWPE fiber makes it
possible for the impact energy of bullets to be rapidly scattered
to larger areas, it could easily decentralize the bullet impact
energy in a very short time, which has decreased the sunken depth
in the jacket and alleviated the Non-penetrated damages or
injuries.
The plate can enhance the overall performance of the bulletproof
coat to stop bullets with high velocity and are popularly applied
to body protection with stable performance even under bad
application environment.
