All press fit bushings are lapped, honed or ground in the I.D. Bushings with I.D.s of 1/8" to 1" are concentric within .***3" T.I.R. to the O.D. Other I.D. sizes are held within .***5" T.I.R. No-Counterbore bushings are standard with Acme
Finish Ground bushings, 1/8" to 1" I.D., are held within .***3" concentricity T.I.R. (Total Indicator Reading). Other sizes are held within .***5" T.I.R. • Unground bushings with .**0/.**0 grinding stock on the O.D. are concentric within .**6". The letter U as a suffix to the ANSI symbol indicates an unground O.D. for custom grinding. • Lengths longer than ANSI Standard or relieved bushings will meet the above tolerances at the drill exit end only.
