Sealing process

The sealant process is the necessary process in the insulating glass producing line; there are 2 main sealing process , 

1. Butyl extrudering sealing process 

  it's the first sealing process for the insulating glass producing line;The butyl sealant is the primary seal for the insulated glass unit,its the first layer sealant glue.The butyl extruder machine coat the butyl glue on both sides of the aluminum frame, then the aluminum space frame with both sides butyl glue will stick the double glass together tightly

2.Bio-component sealing process

  The process working for sealant of two-component polysulfide sealing, two-component silicone sealing. This process is the second sealant process of the insulated galss. it is the necessary process of making insulating glass

Butyl extruder machine Description

1.The butyl extruder machine is the specialized equipment to apply the butyl sealant to both sides of the aluminum space frame uniformly

2.Semi-PLC controlling. Need workers holding the space frame to control the running direction of the space frame.Other operations like rolling transfer etc.can be completed automatically as programmed.

3.The butyl extruder machine used for primary seal of the insulating glass unit. 2layers sealant glue should be coated during the insualting glass producing process. the butyl sealant coating is the first layer glue.the butyl glue extruder machine coat the glue on the aluminum spacer frame to make the double glass stick together tightly.
