        Butyl Reclaimed Rubber is one of the main products produced by AIC Rubber (Pakistan). It’s physical properties have already exceed Japan International Standard (JIS) and China’s environmental protection standard. The product is highly demand to substitute for pure butyl rubber to reduce the production cost and improve the shape of inner tubes, air-tight inner-lining of radial tubeless tires, rubber adhesive, swimming pool, conveyor belt, vulcanized capsule, and industrial flooring mat etc.

The advantage of Butyl Reclaimed Rubber model no. AIC**0:

1. Select carefully and strictly for raw material of butyl inner tubes.

2. All inner tubes washed cleaning before smash procedure.

3. Never add any extra soft conditioner in the desulfuration process.

4. All reclaimed rubber passed through *0 – *0 mesh filter extruder.
