Drinking System

Drinking System Components:
- Water treatment unit, which includes water meter, medicator, filter for mechanical water cleaning, manometers, stop valves

- Drinking lines. Each cage has 3 nipple drinking bowls: two of them have drop-catcher and doubled mobility of valve; one of
them has microcups. The drinking line may be regulated depending on birds’ height
The nipple drinking bowls are installed in the pipe *2x*2 mm by means of special equipment, what provides the high-qualitative
installation and prevents water leak in the joining areas. Using of couplings and yokes and avoiding of glue contributes into high
water quality.
The drinking bowls are located inside the cage, so the birds have the free access to water all over the place.

Manure Evacuation System

The longitudinal manure evacuation belts are cleaned by scrapers made from wear-resistant material. It enables fast and qualitative
manure evacuation onto diametrical transporter. Manure removal is done by electric motor from all tiers simultaneously. Manure is
removed by the inclined transporter and loaded on vehicle. The inclined transporter may be covered with galvanized shield, if it is
cold climate zone.
The air humidity while manure evacuation is up to *5 %. Timely manure evacuation and right manure consistence don’t let the
excessive ammonia and water evaporation. It contributes into favorable climate in the poultry house.
Manure Evacuation System Components:
- Polypropylene Manure Evacuation Belt
- Driving Station, which drives and controls belt position (one driving station per each battery)
- Adjuster Station, which stretches the belt (one adjuster station per each battery). The adjuster station construction includes
