This machine is widely used in canned food or beverage industry. It is our latest design with our innovation based on the current situation of canned food factories. Our machine has simple structure, which is easy to operate and adjust. Steaming spray or long distance control system can be installed according to customers requirement.

Sealing

Sealing machine is composed by osculum, turning manipulator, cylinder, rail, etc

Equant geneva movement is acted by precision CAM decollators via gear transmission. And then turn into the uniform scale, and put lid on can and sealing at uniform scale different place.

Upper cover is acted by machine arm, and machine arm is worked by cylinder. And then the rolling knife turn **0° to seal. The lifting movement is acted by CAM and upper tooth shape leverage on motor shaft. One main motor provide the power for uniform scale and sealing action, this could ensure the coordination of action. The sealing head have skid institutions, it could ensure the tighten of cap, and also avoid to hurt the caps.

PLC

    It could control the single machine and also control the electrical system. It could set  alarm device.
