The color sortingsystem processed by multiple modules in parallel consists of an embeddedcontroller that governs operation of the entire machine. Through adoptingadvanced digital processing chip, secondary color sorting technology andequipped with state-of art high speed pneumatic valve, the sorting accuracy ofthe color sorter have distinctively improved;

High-fidelitydigital camera of ***8 pixel line scanning CCD, professional image collectionand processing system, high-speed computing and processing images and spectrumparameters.

Accordingto the point that the tea is easy to broken when going through the hoist, we use the double-deck structure elevates the sorting accuracy of the color sorterand reduce the damage of the fragile tea leaves;  

Latesthigh frequency pneumatic valve increase volume and enhances operation responsefrequency with lower power consumption to prolong the service life;

Thespecial design of flat plate chute and mutual vertical feeding system contributes to more even drop of selected materials.  

Sort materials:Green tea, Dark tea, white tea, Oolong tea, black tea, Yunnan tea, yellow tea, Puer tea, etc.
