Complete Cement Production Plant

Complete cement production plant takes limestone and clay as the main raw materials, through crushing, proportioning and grinding of raw material, and then fed into the cement kiln for calcining into mature materials, and then add the right amount of clinker gypsum (sometimes mixed with hybrid material or additive) to be ground into finished product.

Complete cement equipment comprises crushing equipment, transportation equipment, grinding equipment, firing equipment, cooling equipment, dust removal equipment, powder selecting equipment, bulk packaging equipment. it should be operated according to the production sequence.

The commonly used crushing equipment includes jaw crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher; the conveying equipment can choose conveyor belt; grinding equipment includes air swept coal mill, slag grinding, cement mill, raw mill; firing equipment generally includes cyclone preheater and cement rotary kiln. The cooling machine includes single cylinder cooling equipment; dust removal equipment can choose the pulse bag type dust collector. After being separated by the separator, the materials will finally be packaged by cement bulk package machine.
