Description
Ceramic Foundry sand is made from fine bauxite, by re-fused and
blown to ball type. With advantage of fine surface smooth finish
and air permeability, it is a new type casting material for
precision casting, coated sand and self hardening sand etc.
Using: Manufacture high-quality risers of iron and steel
foundries, Lost-foam, Precoated sand;, Sodium silicon sand ,
Resin sand, Precision casting etc.
Advantages:
Spherical grain, low thermal expansion, good anti-breakness, well
refractory, low density, neutral materials
Application:
Waterglass bonded sand, resin bonded sand, precision casting,
Expendable Pattern Casting (EPC), Copper and Aluminium articles
