Chemical dosimeter is a method and device for analysis of steam-gas mixtures, including environmental monitoring by measuring and controlling on an accrual basis a chemical dose, affecting the environment generally (including monitoring of greenhouse gases – the Kyoto Protocol) and people particularly (individual device “Chemical dosimeter”). The monitoring system should guarantee permanent measurement of emissions on an accrual basis, allowing to determine emissions physically. This system will allow to determine actual quantity of emissions without “dead” information analytical “spaces”. Quantity characteristic should inform about an emission and harm, inflicted on the environment by particular quantity of exhausted gases. Quantity characteristic “dose” fulfils these requirements. It characterizes amount of a gas (for example, greenhouse gas) on the territory, ability of the territory to assimilate this amount of gas and to assess harm, inflicted on the environment. As a technical equipment for determination of a dose sensor measures of a chemical dose are proposed, that allow to measure actual dose of a substance in a gas phase permanently. Achieved level. Functional mock-up of the device is produced, new technology, that allows to solve the problem of environmental monitoring, is proposed. What is necessary to do? а) to carry out R&D program for the device creation: period of R&D program execution is up to *2 months; cost of R&D program execution is up to ***0 thousand $; b) to work out technical documentation for the device production. Commercialization. The price of the device for private use is from **0, 0 $. The price of the system for environmental monitoring for one industrial region can reach 1, 5 mln. $ and more.
