Lead Paste Pre-desulphurization

The system is connected with the lead-acid battery broken separator system, established after lead paste from a storage tank to pump out the pastel step. This system includes pastel enter into the pre- desulfurization tank, and then adds sodium carbonate to conduct desulfurization reaction, gives sufficient stirring, at the same time, pumbs lead sludge in desulfurizer ,and makes it flowing through a forced desulfurizer to be desulfurized and back to pre-desulfurization tank,  then the pump pressed into the filter machine. Obtained cake (lead carbonate) enter the melting system and sodium sulfate solution enter sodium purification, crystallization, drying systems.

The main parameters are as follows: 

1 . Lead paste desulfurization handling capacity: *0 m3 / h (design according to customer request accepted), with annual handling of *0,**0 tons .
2 . After desulfurization pastel sulfur content: < 0.5%
3 . After the filter press pastel water content: < *3%
4 . System control: centralized PLC control.
