Major causes for defects at a Garment Final Inspection: - Misunderstood communication between your company and the Chinese producers on your benchmark for quality; - Difference in the manufacturers view of what is an acceptable deviation from that benchmark; - A blatant rushing of production; - Unapproved changes in materials or processes; - A scam or some sort of fraudulent company.
