1. Flame retardant polyethylene is made of special polyolefin as the base material, containing special halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants and other additives. It is processed by special precision mixing and granulation. Ethylene property, excellent extruded surface finish, specific gravity controlled between 1.**1.*3, excellent flame retardant low temperature resistance and anti-cracking properties. Good extrusion performance can greatly impove the production efficiency.

2. Features and uses
This product not only has excellent flame retardant performance, but also has good extrusion processing performance. It can be extruded can processed by ordiniary extruder. The product has been proved by environmental stree and thermal stree cracking tests that the material has excellent crack resistance, and suiitcable for the outer sheath material of power cables, communication cables and optical cables.

3. Extrusion process
The drying temperature is ****0℃ and the drying time is at least 2 hours. It is advisable for the hot material to enter the extruder. It can be extruded by L/D ****5 extruder. When the screw compression ratio is low, the output volume is large. Ecah zone of the extruder must have a cooling control system and the indicated value of the temperaturecontrol table varis with the typr of extruder, each user should select a suitable temperature according to the specific conditions of the extruder used.
