Sichuan Jinglei offers metal clad plate in a variety of materials and alloys that combine dissimilar metal that provide excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and lower cost.  In another way to say the clad steel plate not only has sufficient strength required of structural materials (base metal) but provides other functions including resistance to heat and corrosion(cladding material) and is still lower in cost than similar products made entirely of the cladding material.

 

Jinglei clad plate is manufactured by explosive bonded process. The explosion welding process uses the energy of an explosion to create a weld between metals. The process is most commonly used to clad steel with a thin layer of corrosion-resistant alloy metal.
