The bending unit usesan imported PLC control system,which havestable system and high accuracy.Itis used toprocess copper and aluminum busbarsindifferent specification.
By relative unit It can easilyand quickly do all kinds ofprocessing to copper and aluminum busbar,such as shearing, punching (circular hole and oblong hole), flat/horizontal bending, vertical bending and knurling.Change differentmolds/dies to do flat press,embossing to a copper bar,cable connector press,and can do cutting,flat crushing,pushing,and bending to a copper/aluminium bar/clad..
Main characteristics
The shearing unit uses punch shearing,the incision interface is flat,no droop and burrs and waste,beautiful shape.
The punching unit uses an united six-mode turnplate in tooth shape to make sure the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the same center,improving the mold concentricity and longtening the working life. The turnplate is in tooth shape with good view and high strength. No need to frequently change molds, labor intensity is highly reduced. It is easy and quick to use.Producing efficiency is obviously higher than a traditional one.
The bending unit uses a single-decker working table,which can make sure that three working positions can do their operations at same time without bothering the other.By Changing differentmoldIt candoflat/horizontal bending,andvertical bending.CNC controls the bending angle by an imported PLC control system.Input a busbar thickness and an angle on a CNC touching screen,or a height and a side length to get the result what you need,such as Z bending.Bending accuracy is±1,repeataccuracy±0.3. The user can a data in advance, and the system will follow and do it. The field data can be put into the system at any time and be paged out for using repeatedly.
