Our main activities are manufacturing general tooling, fixtures, press tools and high precision and CNC machining parts, no matter small or medium volumes, local or worldwide customers, providing cost effective machined parts that meet specification on time. CNC is the removal of material though the use of automated computer controlled machine tools to remove unwanted materials from a piece of raw material such as bar stock or plate to get a refined finished shape. we use CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills and drilling machines to remove steel, iron, brass, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, phenol, delrin, nylon and ***** equipments inculde circular grinding, centreless grinding, surface grinding, digital wire cutting and threading machine. We also machine precision finished parts from near net shapes such as forgings, castings, extrusions, die-castings, investment castings and flame cut blanks to make production quantities of precision machined ***** example, pump body, pump impeller ect. All of our processes are designed according to ISO ***1:***0 or QS ***0 quality systems. Any defects found are followed up with problem analysis and corrective actions. We are always striving for continuous improvement of our quality, costs and on time delivery.
