General characteristics:

●The frame adopts overall welded steel structure, and eliminate internal stress via annealing to reach the high rigidity and high accuracy of the machine.

●Closed loop control system, supplying a steady working condition .

●One set of upper and lower die be the standard encased component.

●Imported linear encoder will reflect the exact distance between slider and worktable.



Hydraulic system:

●Adopt world renowned Germany REXROTH/HOERBIGER brand electro-hydro proportional servo control system.

●Imported sealing ring with perfect performance and long operation life.

●Adopt integrated hydraulic control system, reducing the piping installation to reach the stability of machine tool while present a concise and beautiful appearance.



CNC system:

DA**6 will be the standard configuration.

Customer optional: DELEM DA**2, DA**6, DA**5W, DA**9W

or CYBELEC DNC*0, DNC**0, DNC**0S and MODEAV*2S .

2D graphic editor for tool data entry.



Back gauge:

●Four micrometric finger stops which has lateral adjustment.

●X axis is configured with high speed ball screw shaft.

●Specially designed top-ranking back gauge, driven by imported servo motor with high speed, stable transmission, large load capacity, high precision and low noise.

●The standard configuration of control axis is 4*1, that is Y1,Y2,X,R+V compensation(except *0t model), and it can be extended to six axes.

●Configured with infrared ray auto protective device



Electrical control system:

●Adopt imported electrical components with strong capacity of resisting to disturbance and long operation life.

●Supplied a removable pedal switch which has emergency stop function.



Mould

●Universal wedged punch clamping system applies to American or European tool.

●Adopt wedged fine tuning structure for correcting the bending angle partially, ensure the angle change of bending length within the tolerance range.
