Function and application introduction
The machine is operated on touch screen human-machine friendly interface and controlled by PLC automatically.High sensitivity optical fiber sensor cooperating with two sets of stepping system to achiece length-ways search localization,and then double servo-motor drive imported no-crevice ball screw to achieve transverse localization and material feed,with high speed and precision(can't be affect by the overall dimension of the material).Use servo motor with big total power as the motivity source,with big punching power and high speed(can be adjusted),so the punched cards with better effect.
