ⅠGeneral Introduction

This machinery is mainly applicable for the pharmacy, the chemical industry, metallurgy industry, and the foodstuff industry, etc. It specially grinds the hard and solid materials including the plastic, copper wires, discarded tyre and so on. It also can be used as the corollary equipment for fine grinding process.

It is an ideal equipment for rough crushing with high efficiency and overcomes some abuses of the vertical machine, such as the locked moving cutter, the left material in the shell, the low efficiency, etc.

ⅡStructure & Work Principle

This machinery is a new type horizontal smash mechanism. It is set up kit-rounds at the fore shaft and the smash mechanism consists of moving cutters and fixed cutters, using the principle of shearing and crushing. Especially, it is not limited by viscidity, hardness, softness and fibre shape of material and has good effect to all materials. The cutter is made of the alloy steel with high quality and long life.

The different crushing principle: this crusher smashes the material via shearing by the fixed cutters and movable cutters only. And the quantity of the cutters of the crusher is much smaller than the pulverizer. So the crusher can smash the material roughly only (approx. ***0mm).

ⅣAdjusting Cutters

According to the different craft requirement and the variety of the material, we need to adjust the distance between two cutters. There are screw holes on the cutter base and totally ten cutters (6 movable cutters and 4 fixed cutters). Please note that the long cutters should be fixed on the fixed cutter base and the short on the movable one.

ⅤOperation

1. Start the main motor to check the rotary direction of the main shaft; when it runs well, load the material with small quantity to check if there is some abnormal; meanwhile checking the fineness of the material, if it can not meet your requirement, adjusting the cutters according to STEP Ⅳ; if no problem any more, operate it continuously.

2. When you want to stop the machine, stop loading first; after all the material in the crushing chamber is crushed, stop the machine; you can clean it after cutting off the power supplier.
