This equipment belongs to our Cold Extruction Press System.
The machine can process rebar diameter from *6mm to *0mm and the coupler can link the rebar from *6mm to *0mm. Principle:

Using the machine to press connection point to link the two rebar.

The machine including two set of machines:
1) YJ**0: Process rebar whose diameter is from *6mm to *2mm.
2) YJ**0: Process rebar whose diameter is from *6mm to *0mm.
3) One full set of YJ**0 and Pressure Equipment of YJ**0 can process *6mm to *0mm.

Working principle:
With sidewise extruction by the cold extruction press machine, make the coupler plastic deformation then occlude tightly with the steel in order to link the rebar.  

Features:
1) Because of the good resistence of the joint, it is widely used in bridge constructions.
2) No flammable gases, not affected by rainy or cold weather, easy to operate.
3) Saves *0% connector steel consumption.
4) The system most used when one end of rebar has been fixed and couldn't be revolved
