TSAI HUNG's pulverizing system was developed for the pulverizing of various types of plastic material, rubber, plants, grains and mineral such as HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PVC and other thermoplastics into rotomoulding powders. This unit can be successfully pulverized not only virgin material, but also recycled material from production waste. Pulverization of the feed material takes place on fixed and rotating disc. The material is sucked out of the mill by a fan and is then conveyed to a cyclone. Through the roll loading valve, the powder is onto a special screening machine. Any resulting oversized particles are returned automatically to the mill for repulverization. The finish powder is bagged. An all-metal separator, a filter, a cooler, a granules and powder conveyitem as well as laboratory systems can optionally be offered. 1. Cyclone 2. Roll loading valve 3.
