Vibrating Feeder is a common used device during mining machinery material feeding . Vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration machine support , vibration machine, spring, motor and motor support..Vibration exciter is formed by two eccentric shafts on certain position meshed by gear wheels. During installation, the two gear wheels must mesh together under the guidance of marks on it. Motor drives the two eccentric shafts rotate, which generates great linear exciting-vibration force; this forces the support to vibrate; by this vibration, smaller materials drop down when materials go through the vibrating trough rather than go to the crushing process.,during processing ,the equipment can send various materials in to the crusher in the given time,separating the raw materail primarily.it’s widely used in metallurgy,coal ore,construction materials,etc.
